弹性反向弯曲模设计
Design of the Elastic Reversely Bending Die
【摘要】 分析了一带有反向弯曲的零件的成形工艺 ,设计了1副一次完成2个不同位置侧耳反向弯曲的弹性弯曲模 ,这种结构可以推广到一次完成多个不同位置侧耳的反向弯曲 ,提高了生产效率和经济效益。
【Abstract】 A process for forming a part by reverse bending is analyzed.An elastic bending die has been designed to complete the side-ear reverse bending at two places by a single bending.This structure can be popularized in completing side-ear reverse bending of several or more positions synchronously,which increases production efficiency and economy efficiency.
