【Abstract】 The inward flanging stress and strain distributions of the outer fringe of the sheet metal are analyzed. Analysis formulas for predicting the distortion of the flange surface and for amending the blank dimensions are educed. By comparison of the results with that of the finite element analogue and experiments, The formulas have been verified to have high precision and can be used to determine blank dimensions.更多还原
