【摘要】 介绍了以VisualBasic6.0为开发平台建立的轴承保持器CAPP系统,用MicrosoftAccess软件建立关系型数据库,用VB6.0建立OLEDB数据库,并将2个数据库链接,实现了全局关联和局部关联机制。通过剪切板技术,以Word文档形式实现了CAPP与模具CAD之间的数据通讯。用户只需通过交互式输入选择保持器类型、工艺方案,即可由系统自动生成加工工艺,大大提高了设计效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CAPP system for bearing cages based on Visual Basic6.0is introduced.The linkage of the relation-typed database built up by using Microsoft Access software and the OLE DB database built up by using VB6.0realized overall and partial relevance mechanism.Through the cut/paste board technique,the data communication between CAPP and mould CAD was realized in the form of word document.Users are only required to choose the type of the bearing cage and the technological scheme through mutual input,and the system can automatically create the process chart.Thus the design efficiency has greatly increased.更多还原
