PSM调制电荷泵电路
Application of Pulse Skip Modulation to Charge Pump Circuits
【摘要】 跨周期调制(PSM)是一种新的DC DC变换器调制方式,将其应用到电荷泵电路,可实现响应速度快、抗扰动性能好、负载调整率好、电磁干扰小、效率高等特性。介绍了PSM和电荷泵的基本结构,以及采用PSM调制电荷泵的基本原理。讨论了PSM电荷泵的电学特性。
【Abstract】 PSM (pulse skip modulation) is a novel and excellent modulation mode for DC/DC converters. The basic structure of PSM and charge pump are described, as well as the principle of the PSM-based charge pump, which has the advantages of fast response, excellent anti-perturbation, robust load regulation, weak EMI and high efficiency. Finally, the electrical performance of the device is discussed.
