【摘要】 通过测定长白山3个不同样点的3群东方蜜蜂,每群13～21只工蜂,每只蜜蜂共38个形态特征,测定的性状特征数据进行因素分析、集合分析和区辨分析,并与相关数据进行比较发现长白山蜜蜂种群内遗传变异丰富,种群中许多形态性状特征表现出较明显的地理变异性;蜜蜂个体较大,体色深,背板3,4、小盾片的色素度较深。长白山东方蜜蜂种群形态性状的多态性、多型性及其生态地理变异,均具有生态适应意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphological features of Apis cerana Fabr. In Changbaishan was studied using morphometrical methods. Samples of A.cerana were collected from 3 feral colonies in 3 locations of the Changbaishan, covering the main ecological regions. 38 standard morphometric characters recommended by Ruttner et al.(1988) were measured. The data were statistically analysed by factor analysis, discriminate analysis and cluster analysis. Test shows a high degree of variation in size and coloration measures with various geographic features. The bee in Changbaishan is more close to the bees in Korea and Japan.更多还原
