棉毛纹织物设计中色彩空间混合原理的应用

【摘要】 纹织物具有经、纬组织循环数大,色纱与组织结构配合可使其织表产生立体感很强的花纹图案的特点,但其组织结构设计过程却很复杂,这一点在多经、多纬纹织物设计中就更加突出。文章论述了在多经、多纬棉毛纹织物设计中,利用色彩空间混合原理达到利用少量色纱使织表色彩丰富、立体感强的目的,以及使其组织设计直观明了,简化设计过程的方法。

【Abstract】 The jacquard fabric has a great number of warp and weft yarns in the design repeat.The color yarns combined with weave structure can make a three-dimensional (3D) pattern on the fabric surface.But the weave design process is very complicated and this case is particular evident in the jacquard fabric design with different warp and weft yarns.In this paper,a spatial color mixing principle is discussed in the design of cotton and wool jacquard fabric.The aim of the principle is to make the fabric having a colorful and 3D appearance at a few type of color yarns.The methods to simplify the weave and designing process is also discussed.
