羊毛织物热转移印花架桥机理的研究
Test wool bridge-linking mechanism before heat transfer printing
【摘要】 为了找到一种适合研究羊毛热转移印花前架桥机理的方法 ,分别探讨比重法、差热分析 (DSC)技术和X光电子能谱法 (XPS)的可行性。结果表明 ,由比重法测定羊毛在架桥处理前后的体积变化来推测架桥剂是否进入到纤维无定形区 ,所获信息的精确性低 ;受差热分析仪灵敏度和其样品池大小的限制 ,难以测出架桥剂与纤维之间结合时所产生的热量信息 ;X光电子能谱图与其它辅助手段 (如制样、样品刻蚀等 )结合能够定性分析出架桥剂与纤维之间结合的信息和架桥剂在纤维内部的分布情况
【Abstract】 The bridge-linking mechanism was tried with the specific density ways, the DSC ways and the XPS ways in the paper separately. The result showed that the accuracy of the information from the specific density ways can’t satisfy the test requirement. The DSC wasn’t sensitive to the bond effect between bridge-linking agent and wool/polyester fiber, the bond information between wool fiber and bridge-linking agent was analyzed qualitatively by XPS along with other assistant measures well.
