清梳联工序棉结产生规律及控制措施
Neps Regularity and Control Measures in Blowing-carding Process
【摘要】 通过对如何降低清梳联工序棉结的描述 ,指出了影响清梳联工序棉结的重要因素是混配棉物理指标的长度、成熟度、细度、短绒率、疵点、棉结、带纤维籽屑 ,经过混配棉物理指标成熟度、细度、疵点等对清梳联棉结影响的分析 ,说明了影响清梳联工序棉结除了混配棉物理指标 ,清梳联的工艺流程、工艺参数、回花、回条、下脚料的使用和清梳联设备及运转管理同样是不可忽视的 ;进一步阐明了棉结在纺纱过程中的分布规律 ,这对提高清梳联棉结控制和生条质量是有积极作用的 ,找出了降低清梳联棉结、提高生条质量的关键因素是混配棉 ,其次是清梳联工艺流程、工艺参数、设备管理、生产管理、回花、回条下脚料使用等。
【Abstract】 Influence factors on blowing-carding process neps are offered by describing how to reduce neps of blowing-carding process, which are length, degree of maturity, fineness, short fibre content, defect, neps and seed coat fibre of blending & contributing cotton physical indexes. Besides these influence factors, it are also important that the using of technology process, technology parameters, cotton waste, sliver waste and waste material, the machine’s management of blowing-carding unit. The neps distribution regularity in spinning is expounded, which is useful for improving neps control and card sliver quality. And the key factor of reducing neps and improving card sliver quality is put forward, which is blending & contributing cotton.
