【摘要】 纺织橡胶器材是纺织机械中的关键器材 ,关键性产品有纺纱胶辊胶圈 ,浆纱、印染及后整理橡胶辊筒 ,高速新型纺织机械的传动带。分析了三类关键性纺织橡胶器材存在的主要问题 ,指出我国纺织橡胶器材技术水平差异大 ,与国际先进水平相比差距较大 ,不能满足纺织新技术发展的需要。纺织橡胶器材技术研究中存在的主要问题是基础研究薄弱、产品试验不规范、材料和装备研究不够。要发展我国的纺织橡胶器材行业 ,应明确关键橡胶器材的主要技术目标 ,加强基础技术的研究 ,注重适用技术的应用 ,重视知识产权更多还原

【Abstract】 Textile rubber accessories are key accessories to textile machinery, such as spinning rubber-covered roll and apron, roller for sizing, printing and dyeing, back finishing, transmission belt for high-speed new type textile machinery. Main questions in three kinds of key textile rubber accessories are analyzed, Chinese textile rubber accessories technique has big variance, compares international advanced technique with bigger gap, and does not meet demand of the textile new technique development, which all facts are pointed out. The main questions are short of basic research, standard product test, and material & equipment research. Development Chinese textile rubber accessories industry should definitude main technique goal of key rubber accessories, reinforce basic technique research, pay attention to applicable technique research and intellectual property.更多还原
