【摘要】 介绍在Pro/E环境下实现斜齿轮造型的通用方法——扫描成型法。该方法应用Pro/E生成端面和法面齿廓线,并沿螺旋线扫描生成斜齿轮轮廓面。通过裁剪扫描体得到单个轮齿,然后通过阵列生成全部轮齿,最后利用PROGRAM实现斜齿轮自动化设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduce the method modelling for the helical gear in environment of Pro/E. By using Pro/E software, the transverse and normal profile of helical gear are generated, and the profile surface is formed by swept along the helix, then by cutting the body the single tooth is generated, finally, the complete teeth are obtained by pattering the single tooth, and the function of parametric design is realized by using of PROGRAM.更多还原
