直动从动件凸轮廓线和刀具中心轨迹的CAD动画计算

【摘要】 利用速度瞬心定义,提出了CAD动画计算的方法,将直动从动件凸轮机构凸轮廓线的计算和刀具中心轨迹的生成融为一体,论述了凸轮廓线和刀具中心轨迹计算的图解法原理和实现的过程,从而为凸轮的设计和制造提供了一种简捷实用的新方法。

【Abstract】 By using definition of instantaneous velocity center, this paper put forward a CAD animation method and combined designing cam profile curve and calculating cutter center track of the cam mechanism with straight moving follower. It studied the principle of a new graphic method and the processing for designing profile curve and cutter center track of disk cam. So as to achieve a new practical analytical method for designing and manufacturing cam.
