基于ANSYS的超高速平面磨床结构优化设计
Based on ANSYS Optimal Design for Super-high Speed Plane Grinder
【摘要】 提高机床零部件的第一阶固有频率是提高机床刚性、避免共振、降低振幅的有效措施。用有限元方法对超高速平面磨床的床身和立柱及其改进结构做模态分析,得到能提高第一阶固有频率的各种结构。
【Abstract】 it is crucial to increase the first order natural frequency of its main parts, which can improve structural rigidity、avoid resonance and reduce vibration level. The models of grinder bed and column are led into ANSYS for mode analysis. And then find various structures which can increase the first order natural frequency.
