【摘要】 就磁记录硬盘润滑剂的种类、分子结构及其物理化学性质进行了总结,阐述了磁盘表面润滑剂的设计准则、键合机理、分散特性、降解机理、摩擦磨损特性及添加剂的作用,同时分析了润滑剂对磁记录硬盘动力学特性的影响,并就硬盘润滑技术的研究和发展方向提出了建议.

【Abstract】 A review was given on the types, molecular structures, and physico-chemical properties of various lubricants used for hard disk magnetic recording. The design rules, bonding mechanism, dispersing behavior, decomposition mechanism, and tribological properties of the hard disk lubricants were summarized, and the action of some lubricating additives for hard disk application was discussed. Moreover, the effect of the lubricant film properties on the dynamic characteristics of the hard disk was analyzed, while some future topics on the study and development of the hard disk lubricants were suggested.
