【Abstract】 The sol-gel process, with its associated mild conditions, has become an important and efficient approach for organic-inorganic composite synthesis. This article begins with a description of the sol-gel process and a review of the characteristics of the composite. Some research on wood/inorganic composites using the sol-gel process is also (being) done abroad and this work is also (reviewed) and summarized. Finally, some problems obstructing the development and application of sol-gel process are presented.更多还原
