【Abstract】 Mechatronic furniture is the combination of mechanical with electronic mechanisms as applied to furniture. This paper describes the concept of mechatronic furniture as well as the current situation of machine-electronic application in the furniture manufacturing industry in China, and includes an analysis of the current situation, basic forms and main problems. Finally, the rules of design and development trends for mechatronic furniture are discussed with the aim toward promoting the progress of this manufacturing technique to the furniture industry in China更多还原
