【摘要】 目的 :　探讨噻嗪类利尿药引起光敏性皮炎的临床特点及治疗。方法 :　对噻嗪类利尿药引起外源性光敏性皮炎 2 8例进行回顾性分析。结果 :　此类光敏性皮炎的皮疹具有多形性 ,停服噻嗪类药 ,口服烟酰胺有效。结论 :　噻嗪类利尿药引起光敏性皮炎潜伏期 2 0天左右 ,停用该药、避光 ,按一般光敏性皮炎处理 ,皮损大多能控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To characterize the clinical features and the treatment of photosensitivity dermatitis induced by thiazine diuretics. Methods: The data from 28 patients with photosensitivity dermatitis induced by thiazine diuretics were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The skin lesions induced by diuretics were polymorphism, and stopping the medications and giving oral nicotinamide were effective. Conclusion: The incubation period of the dermatitis is about 20 days. Stopping the relevant medications, avoidance of sunlight and prescribing for a complaint as in general dermatitis are effective in most cases.更多还原
