【摘要】 目的　观察在无菌室使用无菌物品过程中 ,无菌物品受空气细菌污染的情况。方法　在无菌室中放置两组无菌物品 ,分暴露组和无菌巾覆盖组 ,分别在 0 ,6 0 ,12 0 ,180min进行无菌检验和空气细菌总数测定。结果　暴露组细菌阳性率 31.2 5 % ,无菌巾覆盖细菌阳性率 15 .0 0 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,合并各个不同时间组总阳性率 2 3.13% ,不同时间阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　随着无菌物品暴露于空气时间的延长 ,受细菌污染机会愈大 ,为控制院内感染提供了实验室依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the saepticroom used aseptic artile process,asepsis were contaminatived by airbacteria condition.Methods The asepsis were divided into two groups in asepticroom,one group was covered with dressing and the other was exposed to the air.The aseptic test and total plate count measure were conducted at 0,60,120,180min respectively.Results The positive rate of the exposed group was 31.5%,the positive rate of the covered group was 15.00%,two groups difference was notable(P<0.05).The total positine rate of all diffent time groups were 23.13%.All of diffent time groups difference were notable (P<0.05).Conclusion Following the time that the asepsis was exposed to the air was protract,The chance of contamination was raise.This study gave the laboratory evidence for controlling the nosocomid infection.更多还原
