【摘要】 目的　观察复方普鲁卡因溶液对实验性胃溃疡的保护作用。方法　以大鼠为实验对象 ,应用酸化乙醇诱导建立大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,以生理盐水为对照 ,用溃疡指数和溃疡抑制百分率进行评价。结果　与生理盐水组比较 ,复方普鲁卡因溶液可明显降低大鼠溃疡指数 ,并且在本实验所用剂量范围内溃疡抑制率与剂量有关。结论　复方普鲁卡因溶液对酸化乙醇诱导的大鼠胃溃疡具有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study the protective effects of Composite procaine mixture on experimental gastric ulcer.Methods Set up acidulated alcohol induced ulcer models in rat.Useing physiological saline as control,the test was performed with three doses of Composite procaine mixture.The ulcer index was measured and the inhibitory rates were counted.Results Composite procaine mixture can reduce the ulcer index significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).The inhibitory rates correlated with the doses in the area of the doses of the test.Conclusion Composite procaine mixture has protective effects on acidulated alcohol induced gastric ulcer in rat.更多还原
