【摘要】 目的 :对不同产地、不同采收期的栽培玉竹以及野生玉竹进行了玉竹多糖的含量测定。方法 :应用分光光度法。结果 :以湖南玉竹基地新邵 3年生 10月上旬产的玉竹多糖含量最高 ,达 8 0 5 % ;其野生品含量明显高于栽培品。结论 :3年生 10月上旬为栽培玉竹的最佳采收时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Comparing the contents of odoratan of Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati between wild and cultivated,which are collected in different time,regions.Methods:Determining the contents by the spectrum-photometry.Results:The highest content has been found among the symbols,cultivated at Hunan xinshao′s base,which are collected in the begin of October.It approaches to 8.05%.The content of wild symbols is obviously higher than cultivated.Conclusions:The most suitable time to collect cultivated symbols is during the begin of October when the third years comes.更多还原
