【摘要】 以机务段典型检修车间为例 ,设计了基于以太网通讯技术的企业分布式监控系统 .采用工业控制模块采集设备数据 ,用通用程序设计语言VB6 .0设计上位机监控程序 .生成试验数据报表和试验曲线 ,同时通过机务段网络将设备数据发送到服务器 ,供各级管理和技术人员进行检索和浏览 .给出了系统的总体方案以及具体的连接框图 ,并且给出了相应的软件流程 .本系统已经投入应用 ,效果良好更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking application of typical overhaul shop in locomotive depot, distributed monitoring system is designed based on the communications of Ethernet. This system is composed of server, Ethernet network, monitor computer, data acquisition of devices and system manager. It realized the function of automatic monitoring and supervision as well as real-time data acquisition for all sorts of signals. It is one integrated project consisting of the advanced technology of network communication, field bus, single-chip-computer, database and advanced programming language. Acquiring data of equipment by normative industrial control module and designing PC monitoring program based on VB6.0, testing data report forms and testing curve are created and sent to server through network of locomotive depot for managers and technicians to search and browse. The general project and concrete connecting chart and corresponding software chart are also presented. This system has applied to practice and attained better effect.更多还原
