电氧化法处理难生化化工有机废水试验研究
Experimental Study of Electro-oxidation of Chemical Biorefractory Organic Wastewater
【摘要】 采用电氧化法处理某化工厂难生化有机废水 ,重点考察了极板材料、填料、槽电压、极板间距、有效反应时间、pH值对难生化有机废水的处理效果的影响情况 .试验结果表明 :在反应时间为 2h ,进水pH值调节到 5~ 9,槽电压为12V ,极板间距为 7.5cm时 ,采用DSA阳极和向反应器中填加复合填料能使该难生化化工有机废水得到有效降解去除 ,当进水COD在 15 0 0mg/L左右时 ,处理出水COD稳定在 2 2 0mg/L左右 ,COD去除率在 80 %以上 ,B/C值也由 0 .2 0以下提高到 0 .4 0以上 .在电氧化反应器后面串联曝气、沉淀、机械污泥回流一体化污水处理工艺能有效地将该难生化化工有机废水中有机污染物处理达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978— 1996 )一级标准排放
【Abstract】 The treatment of hardly biodegradable organic wastewater is studied by using electro-oxidation process, which emphases on the influence of the electrode material, packing, tank voltage, space between the electrodes, reaction time on the efficiency of organism degradation in the research. The experiment shows that if the reaction time over 2 hours, pH value of the raw wastewater is adjusted to 5~9, the tank voltage reaches 12 V and the space between the electrode is selected 7.5 cm,the biorefractory organic pollutant can be degraded effectively by using the DSA-typed anode and filling the compound packing in the reactor. When the raw wastewater with organic concentration (COD) about 1 500 mg/L is treated, COD will decrease to about 220 mg/L and COD removal rate will be over 80%, B/C value is increased from 0.20 to over 0.40. It is conjuncted that wastewater treatment process by aerating,setting and mechanical sludge reflux integrating behind the electro-oxidation reactor, which can remove the biorefractory organic pollutant effectively and reach the discharge criterion of“Integrated wastewater effluent standard”(GB 8978—1996).
