少齿数渐开线齿轮节点外啮合的判定条件
The Judgment Condition for the Involute Gear Pair with Fewer Teeth Number outside Pitch Point
【摘要】 根据渐开线的性质,利用轮齿啮合过程及正传动特点,推导出了少齿数渐开线齿轮节点外啮合的判定条件,通过数值模拟和产品试验证明判定条件是合理的.
【Abstract】 The judgment condition for the involute gear pair with fewer teeth number outside pitch point is deduced in this paper according to involute properties and by means of meshing process and properties of positive drive. The judgement condition has been proved reasonable by digital simulation and product test.
