较大尺寸双排链轮的焊接结构改进
The Welding Structure Improvement of the Greater Double-bank Chain-wheel
【摘要】 焊接链轮毛坯具有成本低、生产周期短的特点,但链轮结构影响焊接毛坯变形及强度,通过改进链轮毛坯的结构有效克服焊接所带来的负面影响,使得焊接链轮结构适应生产要求而得到广泛应用.
【Abstract】 The weld semifinished chain-wheel has the characteristics of low cost and short produceing period.However,the structure of the chain-wheel may influence the deformation and strength of welding semifinished chain-wheel. Overcoming the bad effect brought by welding and make welding chain-wheel structure meet the production requirement and get used widely.
