【摘要】 目的　观察清热化痰汤结合头孢哌酮 舒巴坦抗感染治疗老年人下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法　所选病例随机分为两组 ,治疗组 35例 ,年龄 71～ 90岁 ,平均年龄 (81 3± 6 2 )岁。对照组 32例 ,年龄 70～ 92岁 ,平均年龄 (81 6± 8 0 )岁。治疗组与对照组均用头孢哌酮 舒巴坦 2 0 g ,每天 2次静脉滴注。治疗组另加中药汤剂清热化痰汤。疗程均为 7～ 14d。结果　治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 94 3%和 71 9% ,两组疗效比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。细菌清除率分别为 89 2 %和 70 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论　中西医结合治疗老年人下呼吸道感染可提高临床疗效及细菌清除率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the elderly with lower respiratory tract infection treated with Qingrehuatan decoction and cefoperazone-sulbactam.Methods 67 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 35 cases,age 71～90 years old and the average age(81.3±6.2).The control group had 32 cases,age 70～92,the average age(81 6±8.0).Two groups were all treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam,2 times a day.The treatment group was added by Qingrehuatan decoction of TCM.The course was 7～14 days.Results The effective rates were respectively 94.3% in the treatment group and 71.9% in the control group.The therapeutic effects had marked difference between two groups(P<0.05).The removing rates of bacteria were respectively 89.2% and 70.0%(P<0.05) in treatment group and control group.Conclusion The treatment of TCM and western medicine combineton for the elderly with lower respiratory tract infection may improve clinical effects and removing rates of bacteria.更多还原
