【摘要】 目的　总结老年急性白血病临床特点及治疗经验。方法　对 1990年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 10月收治的 6 8例老年急性白血病患者进行回顾性分析。结果　老年急性白血病常规治疗完全缓解率 (CRR)4 6 6 7% ,小剂量Ara c治疗CRR 18 18% ,早期病死率 16 6 0 % ,院内感染发生率 73 2 1%。结论　老年急性白血病临床表现不典型 ,对化疗耐受力差 ,易产生耐药现象 ,感染发生率高 ,完全缓解率低 ,采用个体化治疗方案更为重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summary clinical characteristics and experience of treatment in aged patients with acute leukemia.Methods Clinical data were analysised in 68 patients in hospital.Results The rate of complete remission(CRR) was 46.67% in standard induction regimen and was 18.18% in low dosage Ara-c.The mortality rate in early stage was 16.60%.Infection incidence in hospital was 73.21%.Conclusion Clinical characteristics with acute leukemia in the elder persons is not typical.Illness itself is more likely to be resistant to treatment.CRR is low.更多还原
