【摘要】 目的　探讨癫痫患者脑脊液中细胞因子含量变化及其意义。方法　应用放射免疫法对 4 3例癫痫患者脑脊液中IL 2、IL 6、IL 8和TNF α含量进行了检测。结果　癫痫患者脑脊液中IL 2、IL 6、IL 8和TNF α含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1～ 0 0 5 )。相关分析发现脑脊液中细胞因子含量与癫痫发作频率呈正相关。结论　细胞因子可能参与了癫痫患者的发病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the change of cytokines levels in cerebrospinal fluid of epileptic patients and its significance.Methods The cerebrospinal fluid levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in 43 epileptic patients and 32 controls were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The mean IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α levels in epileptic patients were markedly higher than those of the controls(P<0.001～0.05).There was positive correlation between cytokines and epileptic frequency.Conclusion The results indicates that cytokines may play a role in the pathogenesis of epileptic patients.更多还原
