【摘要】 目的　观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　运用复方丹参滴丸与消心痛随机对照治疗冠心病心绞痛患者 30 0例 ,其中治疗组 16 0例 ,对照组 14 0例。结果　治疗组心绞痛快速止痛总有效率为 86 2 5 % ,对照组的止痛有效率为 82 14 % ;治疗组心电图总有效率 6 2 5 0 % ,对照组心电图有效率 4 0 17% (P <0 0 5 )。结论　复方丹参滴丸缓解心绞痛与消心痛相似 ,在改善缺血性心电图方面明显优于消心痛 ;复方丹参滴丸尚有降低高脂血症患者血脂水平作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Guttae S. mitiorrhize to alleviate angina in patients with CHD.Methods 300 CHD patients with angina were treat randomly with Guttae S. mitiorrhize(n=60) and isosorbide dinitrate(control group,n=140).Results The effective rates of relieving angina and electrocardiogram improvement in therapy group and control group,were 86.25% vs 82.14%(P>0.05) and 62.50% vs 40.17%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion The effects of Guttae S. mitiorrhize and isosorbide dinitrate in relieving angina are almost same,and the former is obviously superior in imporving the ischemic electrocardiogram,in addition,Guttae S. mitiorrhize also can reduce the serum triglyceride and cholesterol.更多还原
