【摘要】 目的　评价冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊治过程中的作用。方法　采用Judkins法和桡动脉法对 5 1例患者进行冠状动脉造影术 ,显示冠状动脉病变情况 ,依据病变程度、部位 ,选择合理的治疗方案。结果　 5 1例患者中确诊冠心病 35例 ,阳性率 6 8.6 % ,其中 15例患者置入支架 2 6枚 ,2例合并左主干病变者行冠状动脉旁路移植术。结论　选择性冠状动脉造影是诊断冠心病的方法之一 ,可为冠心病患者选择合理的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evalvate the clinical effect of coronary angiography(CAG) in diagnosing coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods The right radial arteries were preferred to perform CAG with Judkins techneque for 51 patients.According to lesions degree and location,a reasonable treatment plan was selected.Results Among them,35 patients were diagnosed CAD by CAG with possitive rate 68.6%,26 intracoronary stents were implanted in 15 patients,2 patients with left main lesions were performed coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Conclusion CAG is a method for diognosing CAD and can provide scientific evidence for selecting reasonable treatment plan.更多还原
