【摘要】 目的　对脉冲电磁场 (PEMFs)治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效进行观察和探讨。方法　确诊为绝经后骨质疏松症 2 0例 ,采用磁振热机器 (选用其主要的脉冲电磁场成分 )加口服钙剂治疗 ,每次 1h ,共 30次 ,治疗 5 0d及治疗后 6个月观察其自觉症状改善情况及骨密度 (BMD)的变化 ,并与治疗前对比分析。结果　10 0 %患者疼痛明显减轻 ,治疗 5 0d结束时平均BMD绝对增长 0 0 4 8g/cm2 ,治疗后 6个月达 0 0 83g/cm2 。结论　PEMFs治疗绝经后骨质疏松症可以有效控制疼痛 ,提高患者的生存质量 ,对患者BMD也有一定程度的提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of pulsed electrical magnetic fields(PEMFs) for treating osteoporosis.Methods 20 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated by PEMFs(one hour a day for 30 times during fifty days) pulse calcium,the clinical symptoms and the bone mineral density were observed at the fiftieth day and the sixth month after treatment.Results Bone mineral density increased to 0.048g/cm 2 and 0.083g/cm 2 at the fiftieth day and the sixth months after treatment in PEMFs treated patients,respectively,the pain improved in all of patients.Conclusion PEMFs therapy may alleviate the pain of patients with osteoporosis and improve their life qualities,the bone mineral density also increase to a certain extent.更多还原
