【摘要】 目的　探讨蛛网膜下腔出血的治疗方法 ,以提高疗效 ,改善预后。方法　腰椎穿刺 (颈椎侧方穿刺 ) ,用三通管置换脑脊液。结果　治疗组较对照组脑积水死亡率明显减少 ,头痛时间明显缩短 ,总有效率明显提高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　脑脊液置换术是治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic method in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) in order to improve the curative effect and anticipation.Methods Lumbar puncture(collateral cervial vertebra puncture for stuporous patients) was applied to displace cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) via a three way adapter.Results Compared with those of the untreated control group,the death rate of the treated control group was decreased significantly,the period of headache was shortened greatly,and the total effective rate was improved obviously.Significant difference was found between the treated control group and the untreated control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Displacement of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) via a three way adapter is an effective remedy for subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).更多还原
