【摘要】 目的　建立注射用盐酸头孢吡肟细菌内毒素检测方法。方法　用不同厂家的鲎试剂对不同批号的注射用盐酸头孢吡肟分别进行干扰试验 ,考察确立注射用盐酸头孢吡肟的细菌内毒素检查法。结果　以头孢吡肟(C19H2 4O5N6S2 )计为 6.2 5mg/ml以下时 ,不产生干扰作用 ,结果准确可靠。结论　注射用盐酸头孢吡肟可以用细菌内毒素检测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To create examination method of bacterial endotoxin of Cefepime hydroclorid for injection. Methods Limulus agents produced by different factories were used to disturb the various batches of Cefepime hydrochloride for injection in order to build up the examination method of bacterial endotoxin of Cefepime hydroclorid for injection. Result The results of examination method of bacterial endotoxin of Cefepime hydroclorid for injection were accurate and reliable when the content of Cefepime was below 6.25 mg/ml.The content was calculated according to C 19H 24O 5N 6S 2 amount. Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin of Cefepime hydroclorid for injection can be determined by this method.更多还原
