【摘要】 目的　探讨心脏永久起搏器右室起搏心电图图形变异与起搏器有关参数及体表心电图QRS时间的关系。方法　对 65例植入心脏永久起搏器的患者。分析起搏心电图变异与起搏器参数及心电图QRS时间之间的关系。结果　QRS波形变异与起搏阈值、起搏器阻抗、R波峰值及QRS时间无关。结论　起搏器以上参数不能作为判定电极位置的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disscuss the relationsh ip between electrocardiogram variation by right ventricular pacing mode and rela ted parameters as well as QRS inte rval. Method Analysis was done in 65 cases with permanent pa cemaker implanted Result Variation of QRS wave was not relat ed to pacemaking threshold, pacemaking impedance, peak value of R wave and QRS interval.
