【摘要】 目的　评价IL 8和CRP在新生儿感染性疾病中的检测价值。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)和免疫比浊法 ,检测 6 7例新生儿感染患儿血清中IL 8和CRP的含量。以 5 0例出生 3d后的健康新生儿作为对照组。结果　 4 3例患儿 (未用抗生素组 )IL 8的含量为 (196± 82 ) pg/mL ,与正常对照组 (6 8± 2 3)pg mL相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。CRP为 (38± 10 )mg/L与正常对照组 (6± 2 )mg L相比差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,且二者具有正相关性 (r =0 95 8,P <0 0 1)。另 2 4例患儿(已用抗生素组 )IL 8和CRP的含量分别为 (85± 36 ) pg mL和 (10± 4 )mg L ,与对照组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　联合检测血清IL 8和CRP对新生儿感染的诊断和治疗有重要价值 ,是早期诊断新生儿感染的可靠指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the test value of serum IL-8 and CRP in neonatal infections. Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunoturbidimetrically method, serum IL-8 group and CRP were detected in 67 infants with infections and 50 health neonates as control.Results Serum IL-S concentration in 43 patients (without antibiotics) was (196±82) pg/mL and significantly higher than control group (68±23) pg/mL (P<0.01).CRP in patients.and control groups was (38±10) mg/L and (6±2) mg/L (P<0.01). Serum IL-8 and CRP concentrations in other 24 patients (using antibiotics) (85±36) pg/mL, (10+4)mg/L were not significantly different from control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination assay of serum IL-8 and CRP was necessary for diagnosis and therapy in neonatal infections and was one of reliable markers for early diagtosis of neonatal infections.更多还原
