【Abstract】 Based on an in-depth survey of current status of Shanghai’s hotel-style-serviced apartments,the paper defines the connotation of serviced apartments,a concept that lacks unanimous understanding.It also analyzes the basic elements,including categories,scales,characteristics,distribution and market as well.With the rapid development of serviced apartments,there are quite a few problems to be solved.The paper puts forward some ideas as responses to these problems.更多还原
