玉米体细胞再生植株后代雄性不育性状的变异
Somatoplasm Variations in Male Sterile Trait of Progeny of Regenerated Maize Plants
【摘要】 通过5个雄性不育材料再生植株及其后代的变异研究,结果标明:随着世代的推进,其雄性不育发生株率由R1代的31.36%增加到R5代的97.08%,株型也趋于正常。不同材料雄性不育株率的变异频率不同。选用适宜的材料,利用生物工程技术,创造新的玉米体细胞无性系变异,选育出玉米雄性不育系,实现细胞质雄性不育系三系配套,是玉米雄性不育性育种的新途径。
【Abstract】 The study on the progeny variation of regenerated maize plants of five male sterile materials shows that as the generations camy forwaral,the male sterile percentage from 31.36% of R1 generation adds up to 97.08% of R5 generation,and the pattern of plant tenels to normal. Different material has different percentage of sterile variation. Choosing decorous materials,using biolotechornology,creating hew unsex-line variation of corporal cell,choosing and calltivating male sterile lines of maize, achieving three lings match, will be the new method of maize male sterility breeding.
