大花金鸡菊白粉菌重寄生菌研究

【摘要】 报道了重寄生菌宿白粉菌 (AmpelomycesquisqualisCes.)在大花金鸡菊白粉菌棕丝单囊壳 (Sphaerothecafus ca (Fr.)Blum .)上的越冬、越夏、传播、侵入期、潜育期以及控病作用。结果表明 :重寄生菌能寄生大花金鸡菊白粉病菌的菌丝、分生孢子梗、分生孢子和闭囊壳。在自然条件下重寄生菌以分生孢子在叶片和茎秆上越冬 ,经 16 0d孢子萌发率分别为 5 %、30 .5 % ;分生孢子随气流传播和雨水传播 ;完成侵入所需最短时间为 6h。在 19~ 2 4℃下 ,潜育期为 3~ 4d。在大花金鸡菊白粉病发生期 ,重寄生菌可发生多次再侵染。用重寄生菌分生孢子悬浮液喷雾接种防治大花金鸡菊白粉病 ,重寄生率由九月初的 6 7.0 1%逐渐上升为九月中的 88.38%。

【Abstract】 The overwintering, oversummering, dissemination, entry, incubation and biocontrol of the hyperparasite (Ampelomyces quisqualis Ces.) of tickseed powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca fusca (Fr.) Blum.) are reported. The hyperparasite could grow in the hyphae, conidiophores, conidia and cleistothecia of host fungi. Under natural condition of Shandong, the conidia germination rates on leave and stem are 5%、 30.5% respectively after 160 days. The conidia were disseminated by airflow and wind-blown rain. The shortest period for the entry is 5hrs. The incubation period is 3~4 days at 19~24℃. Secondary infection of the hyperparasite occurred many times during the tickseed powdery mildew period. To control tickseed powdery mildew with the spore suspension of the hyperparasite, the rate of hyperparasitism went up gradually from 67.01% in the early of September to 88.38% in the middle of September.
