【Abstract】 Through surveys, statistic analysis of readers in library reading room s on reader source, reading purpose, tendency, literature utilization situation, the paper puts forward suggestions on reader service work. The results show tha t under graduated student is the main source of readers. Some suggestion referri ng to server style, book selection, was formed to encourage readers from multipl e levels to take reference in the library.更多还原
