轻烃分离装置流程改进及工艺条件优化

【摘要】 应用流程模拟和总体优化技术对中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司轻烃分离装置进行流程改进和工艺条件优化 ,并从 2 0 0 2年 5月开始在装置上实施调优。对有关工艺条件逐步进行了大幅度的调整 ,同时取消了解吸塔进料预热器并拆除了近 10 0 0m2 有关管道和设备的保温层 ,除此之外 ,装置未改动或增添任何设备。根据车间生产数据 ,当年液化石油气产量及收率均创开车 5年来最高水平 ,分别达到 12 5 5 4t和 0 .2 85 % ,液化石油气比上一年增产 7791t。

【Abstract】 Process flow improvement and process conditions optimization of light hydrocarbon separation unit in Guangzhou Company have been carried out since May 2002 with the process flow simulation and overall optimization technology. Related process conditions have been greatly adjusted. Feed pre-heater of the stripper has been eliminated and nearly 1 000 m2 insulating layer of the pipeline and equipment removed. No other modification has been made to the unit and no equipment added. LPG output and yield have reached 12 554 t and 0.285% respectively, which is the highest figure since the unit was started up five years ago. LPG yield is increased by 7 791 t than last year.
