【Abstract】 The toxicity of the citric acid produced by different companies was studied in order to understand the reason for intoxication after drinking children beverages. After observing the effect of citric acid on the physiological parameters of mice with the standard toxicological experiments, it showed that the toxicity of citric acids produced by different companies are different, and the toxicity of some brands are not consistent with what the companies claimed.更多还原
