【Abstract】 The research on safety property of genetically modified plants and the alien-species-invasion issue shows that genetically modified plants (GMP), as an alien species not found in nature, may result in an escape of non-inherent genes by means of pollen and seeds as well as hybrid owing to their competitive superiority in ecological extent and the powerful breeding ability.
