不同基质对美国侧柏扦插生根的影响
Effct of Different Base Materials on the Cuttage Rooting Rate of Thuja occidentalis L.
【摘要】 美国侧柏扦插为皮部生根 ,以珍珠岩 5 0 % +腐殖土 5 0 %生根效果为最好 ,其他基质影响效果由强至弱依次为蛭石、河沙、壤土和粘土
【Abstract】 The study on the cuttage growing seedling technology of Thuja occidentalis L. shows that it is phloem-rooting.With 50% pearlite mixed up 50% numus soil,we got the best rooting rate.The effective seguence from high to low of other base materials is vermiculite,river sand,loam and clay.
