【摘要】 毛竹是福建省最主要的经济竹种,占全省竹林总面积的80%以上。近年来,永安在毛竹林政资源管理体制改革方面进行了积极的探索和实践,2002年,被省林业厅正式批准列入全省唯一的毛竹林政资源管理改革试点县(市)。本文就永安市通过改革毛竹林政资源管理体制,逐步建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应、办事高效、运转协调、执法严明、监督有力的毛竹林政资源管理新体制方面的成功尝试进行探讨,以期推进全省林政资源管理体制的改革与创新,为我省竹业跨越式发展再添活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phyllostachys heterocyclea cv. Pubescens Keng f. is the main economic bamboo in Fujian Province.Its cultivate area is over 80%of bamboo forestry total area.In recent years,Yong’an city engaged in reform and Practice Phyllostachys heterocyclea cv. Pubescens Keng f. forestry administration resource management system,and Yong’an became sole city for launch a pilot Project of Phyllostachys heterocyclea cv. Pubescens Keng f. forestry administration resource management system reform ratified officially by the Forestry department of Fujian Province.This paper study about the successexperiences of Yong’an Phyllostachys heterocyclea cv.
