【Abstract】 Our government has motivated the farmers to take part in the Program of Conversion from Grain to Green (PCGG) with the special favorable policy and the financial supporting measures. But it should firstly determine the scales and speed of the PCGG by scientific approach, and reasonably work out criterions of public finance supporting for the different area.It should keep the policy of financial subsidizing to the farmers of having converting from grain to green especially to eco-forest in a longterm.更多还原
