废旧锌锰电池氧化锰粉中全锰的测定
Determination of Total Manganese in Manganese Oxide fromWaste Zinc-Manganese Batteries
【摘要】 为了制定从废旧锌锰电池中制得高等级二氯化锰的生产工艺,需要对废旧锌锰电池氧化锰粉中锰含量进行准确测定。本文以硝酸银作催化剂,采用亚硝酸钠 亚砷酸钠滴定法测定锰含量,并对测定中有关溶样方法、冒烟程度、氧化效果等条件进行了试验。试验结果表明:该方法操作简便、快速准确,锰回收率为96.8%~101.9%。
【Abstract】 In order to work out the technology of the higher grade manganese chloride tetrahydrate from waste Zinc-Manganese batteries,manganese content in it must be detemeined accurately.A method is used to deter mine manganese content by titration of NaNO3-Na3AsO3 solution and with AgNO3 as catalyst.Meamwhile,the solution of the sample,smoking and oxidation degree are tested.The results shown this method is convenient and rapid and exact.Recoveries of the manganese are in the range of 98.6%~101.9%.
