【摘要】 目的 :比较不同剂量的米非司酮配伍米索终止 10～ 16周妊娠的疗效。方法 :86例 10～ 16周妊娠孕妇随机分为两组 :A组米非司酮 2 5mg ,每 12h1次 ,共 3天 ,总量 15 0mg ,第 4天晨口服米索 6 0 0 μg;B组米非司酮 5 0mg,每12h1次 ,共 3天 ,总量 30 0mg ,第 4天晨口服米索 6 0 0 μg。比较两组的临床结局。 结果 :两组的流产成功率 ,米索前列醇 1次用药成功率 ,口服第 1次米索后距妊娠物排出时间 ,药物的不良反应无差异。而 30 0mg米非司酮组在流产后2小时内 80ml以上出血例数显著少于 15 0mg米非司酮组。结论 :15 0mg与 30 0mg剂量的米非司酮从流产效果方面看无明显差别 ,但 15 0mg米非司酮组的阴道出血量多于 30 0mg米非司酮组的阴道出血量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of different doses of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of 10～16 weeks pregnancy. Methods: 86 women with 10～16 weeks pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups. The pregnant women took mifepristone 25mg or 50mg per 12 hours for 3 days (total 150mg or 300mg) respectively. On the fourth day, misoprostol 600μg were taken orally. Results: The success rate of complete abortion, the success rate of one dose misopristone, the average time for abortion and the rate of side-effect of drug do not have significant differences. The amount of bleeding in B group is significantly less than in A group. Conclusion: The effectiveness of abortion was not significantly different in A and B group. But the amount of bleeding in B group is significantly less.更多还原
