腓骨滋养孔的应用解剖学研究
RESEARCH ON THE APPLIED ANATOMY OF NUTRIENT FORAMEN OF FIBULA
【摘要】 目的 :为带血管蒂游离移植腓骨提供解剖学依据。方法 :在 6 0 0块腓骨上 ,用细钢丝、游标卡尺测量了腓骨的长度 ,滋养孔数 ,滋养孔在腓骨各面上的分布 ,孔径以及滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离 ,并列出回归方程。结果 :腓骨平均长度为 34.5 3cm± 2 .2 1cm ,滋养孔大多分布在腓骨后面占 73.37% ,滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离平均为15 .5 5cm± 3.94cm ,滋养孔径平均为 0 .73mm。结论 :通过测出供侧腓骨的长度 ,就可推算出腓骨滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离 ,再以滋养孔为中心截取所需移植腓骨的长度 ,就可保证被截取的腓骨带有主要营养血管。
【Abstract】 Objective: To supply the anatomical foundation for free transplantation of fibula with yascular pedicle. Methods: 600 fibulas were used to measure their lengths, the number of nutrient foramens, the distribution of nutrient foramens on the surfaces of fibula, the diameter of nutrient foramens, and the distance from nutrient foramens to capitulum of fibula with thin wires and vernier, and the regression equation was given. Results: The mean length of the fibulas was 34.53cm±2.21cm, with the nutrient foramens distributed mostly at the back of the fibulas with the percentage of 73.73, and the mean distance between the nutrient foramens and the capitula of fibulas was 15.55cm±3.94cm, the mean diameter of the nutrient foramens being 0.73mm. Conclusion: According to the regression equation, as long as the length of the fibula of the supplying side is measured, the distance between nutrient foramen of fibula and capitulum of fibula can be calculated, then to amputate the length of fibula needed for transplantation, with nutrient foramen as the center can insure that the amputated fibula has major nutrient blood vessels.
