【摘要】 目的 :研究Bcl- 2基因蛋白与子宫内膜异位症的发病关系。方法 :用免疫组化ABC法检测了 4 0例正常子宫内膜和 4 6例子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中Bcl- 2蛋白的表达情况。结果 :Bcl- 2基因蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织中的表达评分 (172 .4± 87.6 )明显高于正常子宫内膜中的表达评分 (10 6 .2±118.1) ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Bcl- 2基因与子宫内膜异位症的发生有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research whether the endometriosis is associated with Bcl-2 gene. Methods: Immunohistochemistry methods(ABC methods) were used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 gene in 40 specimens of normal endometrium tissue and 46 specimens of endometriosis tissue. Results: In the endometriosis group, the positive rate of Bcl-2 gene was significantly higher than that of the normal endometrium group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The study suggested that Bcl-2 gene is related with endometriosis.更多还原
