【摘要】 目的 :探讨肝脏疾病对血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平的影响。方法 :以 2 0名健康者作为对照组 ,以 4 7名肝脏疾病患者为观察组 ,将两组的空腹及餐后 2h血糖、胰岛素和C肽进行比较。结果 :慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,肝癌与对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :对慢性肝病患者应行胰岛功能测定 ,以及早发现及干预胰岛素抵抗 ,预防糖尿病的发生 ,延长肝脏病患者的生命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the changes of glucose (GLU), insulin(INS)and C-peptide(CP) in liver disease. Methods: 20 healthy people as control group and 40 cases of liver disease as test group were compared of their fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2h blood glucose (P 2BG), INS and CP levels. Results: There was difference in INS and CP levels between healthy and cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis patients, but no difference between healthy and carcinoma of the liver. Conclusion: Insulin release function should be examined in patients with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, Insulin resistance should be early found and intervened . Through preventing diabetes from happening, the life of patients may be prolonged.更多还原
