动力刚化问题的实验研究

【摘要】 针对当前柔性多体系统动力学的热点问题——动力刚化现象进行了相关的实验研究,以大量文献中研究过的旋转悬臂梁为实验对象,验证了理论分析中的一些结论:在某些高速旋转情况下,传统零次近似模型在计算梁的横向振动响应时会产生错误的结论,而柔性梁实际的横向振动是稳定的,其振动频率随着转速的增加而升高,即所谓的动力刚化现象.进一步的定量分析表明,实验得到横向振动响应与一次近似耦合模型所预测的结果基本一致,说明了该模型的正确性和有效性.

【Abstract】 The study on "dynamic stiffening" is currently a focus in the field of flexible multibody system dynamics. A lot of valuable researches have been done to account for "dynamic stiffening" via mathematical model and numerical simulation. However, to one’s surprise, never had experimental investigations on this problem been reported. This paper presents experimental investigation on "dynamic stiffening" phenomenon. The experiment is based on the prototype of a rotating cantilever beam that is often used to discuss the effects of "dynamic stiffening". The experimental investigation is conducted on a single-axis air-bearing testbed. A theory model incorporating the effects of both viscous damping and air drag force is also developed for the purpose of comparison with experimental results. The phenomenon of "dynamic stiffening" is verified by the results of experiment. The validation of the proposed model is confirmed by the experiment, too.
