【Abstract】 From the angles of the structure of institution, the scope of beneficiary, the raising of fund and the mechanism of handling, this text compares social insurance legalities on the employment injury of Germany and France , analyses the differences and reasons of their structures and contents, points the defects in the social insurance legalities on employment injury of China, and advances to perfect Chinese system from five aspects after drawing lessons from the systems of Germany and France.更多还原
